Snow Flake Study

This post coincides with HEALTHY BODY because your body and mind are so closely affected by the other. Do you know how many cells are in your body? 50-75…TRILLION. 55-60% of those cells are water cells. Dr. Masuru Emoto did a study on water cells that really paint a picture explaining how much impact we have on our own body. He prayed to the cups of water, cursed, exposed water to heavy metal and classical music, and labeled cups of water with nice and angry words. He froze the water cells and looked at them with a very strong microscope.

The water cells reacted to the projections. For words like LOVE and GRATITUDE, the cells looked like beautiful snow flakes, but the heavy metal and ill-percieved words and emotions caused the water cells to be distorted, discolored, and just messy.

Do you see that this is what happens to the 60% of the 50-75 trillion water cells in your body?! 85% of your brain is made up of water. Why not change your perspective from negative to gracious and loving? It’s easy to clear up the clutter and mess that your emotions are projecting to your body.

You know when you get angry or frustrated and your body feels hot? I think that is the moment that your cells distort into mess as well.

And you know when you have a good laugh with friends, you feel lighter and healthier? Maybe that’s when your body has 30 trillion snow flakes dancing throughout.

Whenever I am in a bad mood, I change my perspective and think of snow flakes.

The video below shows you what the cells look like in Dr. Emoto’s studies.
