Let me state the obvious: Exercise is so good for you! It improves your health, sleep patterns, skin conditions, tones, speeds metabolism, and improves mental health.
Exercising doesn’t have to be miserable. It’s impressive how many things are exercise. Biking, for instance is so enjoyable. I rode bikes in San Diego with two of my friends and our dogs. It was such a beautiful day. We got nice tans, the dogs ran on the beach for a few minutes, and rode back to the bay and jumped in at sunset. There, see that..I ran to the bay, jumped in, and swam; more exercise that was not considered ‘work’ in the slightest.
